Statutory requirements

pt The Hong Kong Companies Ordinance requires all Hong Kong limited companies to have their financial statements been audited by a practising Certified Public Accountant before tabling them on the shareholders’ annual general meeting for review and approval.
 
pt The Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department requires all commercial limited companies to submit their audited financial statements, together with other documents, for profits tax assessment.

Service fee

Assessment of the level of audit fee is made generally by reference to the balance sheet and income statement provided by clients. Major factors for consideration include volume of work, technicality and complexity, urgency, etc..

Our minimum service fee charged now is HK$5,000.00 per case.
 

pt Please note that our audit fee covers already the profits tax computation and serving as your tax representative.
