Any person over 18 can form a Hong Kong limited company.

The company must have a company secretary and a Hong Kong address.
|

This company must consist at least 1 shareholder and 1 director (can be same person) and issue at least 1 share of capital.

In case there is only one director for the company, the sole director cannot act as company secretary at the same time.

You may form a brand new company in ten days, or buy a ready-made one in two to three days. The costs are the same.

New company: Fill in the Application form for forming a Hong Kong limited company and fax (or mail) it back to us with copy of your identity card or passport.
